What is an Interim Report?
The
Interim
Report
is a document sent to assistance groups receiving Ohio Works First
and/ or Food Assistance. It is mailed from the State of Ohio
approximately halfway through the assistance group’s assigned 12
month certification period. The Interim Report is used to report any
changes and update the assistance group’s case information.
Do
I have to return the Interim Report if I have no changes?
YES!
You
must complete, sign and return the Interim Report by the date stated
on the notice regardless of whether you have changes or not. Failure
to return the Interim Report by the assigned date can result in
closure of your benefits.
