If a dependent is a 19 or 20 year old and residing with his/her parent(s), parent(s) income is required to determine eligibility. If the 19 or 20 year old is residing with a spouse the spouses income will be required to determine eligibility. If the 19 or 20 year old is a full-time student and working, their income does not count in the budget.

How do I apply?

• In person at our agency during regular business hours (M-F 8:00 am-4:00 pm)

• By dropping a completed application in the agency drop box located in the front of our building, open 24 hours.

What verifications are needed?

• Proof of citizenship, or alien registration card/I-9
• Proof of all income (employment, child support, disability, unemployment, etc.
