Child Support payments can be made in person at the County’s Drive Thru Payment Center located at 135 West Chestnut Street, Lancaster.

Child Support Waiver:

Resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic, Ohio House Bill 197 was signed into law and serves to toll (suspend or freeze) child support administrative objection periods.  This tolling period is effective until July 31, 2020, or sooner in the event the emergency period is formally lifted.  As a result, the CSEA now requires a voluntary and signed Waiver from both parties to a case in order to remove the tolling limitation and adopt and finalize administrative actions.  Click here for more information and to access the Waiver.
